双电源开关控制器可以对两路供电电源(常用电源和备用电源)进行实时检测。当其中一路电源(常用电源或备用电源)断电或是缺相时,控制器就会发出切换命令,使供电电源自动切换到另一路电源(备用电源或常用电源)上,以此来保障供电的连续性。控制器的工作方式主要有自动方式和手动方式两种。
(1)自投自复模式:控制器对两路电源进行监控,当两路电源都正常工作时,则负载由常用电源供电;当常用电源发生故障(断电或缺相)时,控制器发出切换命令使电源自动切换到备用电源,此时负载由备用电源供电;当常用电源恢复正常时,控制器再次发出切换命令使负载供电由备用电源返回到常用电源。
(2)自投不自复模式:其工作方式和自投自复类似,但只有当备用电源也出现故障时才自动返回到常用电源,否则将一直由备用电源给负载供电。
(3)电网-发电机模式:当常用电源发生故障时,控制器输出发电机启动命令,经短暂延时后断开常用电源,此时负载由发电机供电;当常用电源恢复正常时,控制器输出发电机停机命令同时电源自动切换到常用电源上,负载返回到由常用电源供电模式。
在手动模式下,电源不能自动切换而需要人为操作,主要有常用电源供电、备用电源供电和断电再扣方式。

(3) Grid generator mode: when the common power supply fails, the controller outputs the generator start command, and after a short delay, the common power supply is disconnected. At this time, the load is powered by the generator; When the common power supply returns to normal, the controller outputs the generator shutdown command, and the power supply is automatically switched to the common power supply, and the load returns to the power supply mode by the common power supply.
In the manual mode, the power supply cannot be switched automatically but needs to be operated manually. There are mainly common power supply, standby power supply and power failure and re deduction.
