随着自动化技术的发展,起初的PLC控制器已经不能满足一些大工程的要求,在这种情况下DCS控制 系统应运而生。dcs控制系统也称集散系统,是相对于集中式控制系统而言的一种新型计算机控制系统,它是在集中式控制系统的基础上发展、演变而来的。在系统功能方面,DCS和集中式控制系统的区别不大,但在系统功能的实现方法上却完全不同。
 所谓的DCS即分布式控制系统在国内又称之为集散控制系统,具体不再多说,下面讲一下新手如何学习dcs系统,这是所有接触dcs行业新手共同面临的问题,下面我就对DCS谈谈自己的一些看法:
  对于DCS,主要关心以下几个问题: 各部分网络的通信协议;冗余(服务器,电源,主控
制器,重要I/O模块);如何配置,I/O的输入输出特性。I/O常用的有模拟量输入AI,模拟量输出AO,开关量输入DI,开关量输出DO。此外还有SOE,PI等。其中AI信号有RTD(热电阻信号),TC(热电偶信号),4-20MA信号(也可以是0-20MA,0-5V)。了解完这些,接下来就是学习组态,多练练修改控制方案,给主控制器下装方案(不影响生产的情况下进行)。
