 (2)FBM02(热电偶/mV输入接口组件) 接收信号: 8 路隔离的热电偶输入通道,以及1路隔离的热电阻(RTD)参考温度补偿通道(作为冷端温度传感器)。每路(热电偶/mV)通道具有断偶全量程指示特性,接收用于各种温度范围的标准热电偶信号。该组件完成热电偶的电气输入信号与冗余的现场总线之间接口的信号转换。 (3)FBM03(热电阻Pt100,0~320Ω) 接收信号: 8路RTD输入通道,每一个通道可接收在0~320Ω范围内二线和四线RTD信号,或三线RTD传感器输入。同一组件内,三线RTD不能与二线或四线RTD混用。 (4)FBM04(4~20mA输入/输出组件) 接收信号:此I/O接口具有4路0~ 20mA DC模拟量输入和4路0~20mA DC模拟量输出通道。每路输出通道可驱动1个外部负载和产生0~20mA 的输出信号。该组件完成现场传感器/现场执行器的电气输入/输出信号与冗余的现场总线之间接口所需的信号转换。 (5)FBM05(冗余的4~20mA输入/输出组件) 有冗余的4路0~20mA DC模拟量输入和4路0~20mA DC模拟量输出通道,由冗余的FBM04卡件组成。 (6)FBM06(脉冲输入及4个0~ 20mA输出接口组件) 该脉冲输入及0~20mA输出接口组件具有4个可组态的脉冲输入和4个0~20mA DC模拟量输出通道。每个输入通道可接收高速率为12.5kHz的脉冲输入。这些输入设备包括:旋涡流量计、涡轮流量计、固态或机电触点以及其他具有类似脉冲输出的传感器。 (7)FBM07 (触点/DC输入接口组件)、FBM12(触点/DC扩展输入D组件) 触点/DC输入接口组件FBM07和触点/DC扩展输入接口组件FBM12,可分别作为16路通道触点传感器或16路通道DC电压监视器的接口。滤波时间可组态选项(4、8、16或32ms)。 (8)FBM41、FBM42 大功率触点/DC输入/输出接口组件FBM41和触点/DC扩展输入/输出接口组件FBM42,在各自输出通道上具有提供大电流的能力,并以每个通道为基础进行电气隔离。 6.输入信号 8路通道,滤波时间(4、8、16或32ms)可组态。 触点传感器开路电压24V DC(±20%),短路电流5mA(大值),ON状态内阻1kΩ(大值),OFF状态内阻100kΩ(小值)。电压监视器ON状态电压15~60V DC,OFF状态电压0~ 5V DC,ON状态电流2~6mA。PM856AK01模块备件使用区域 PM856AK01模块备件使用区域 PM856AK01模块备件使用区域 (2) Fbm02 (thermocouple / MV input interface assembly) receives signals: 8 isolated thermocouple input channels and 1 isolated RTD reference temperature compensation channel (as cold end temperature sensor). Each channel (thermocouple / MV) has the full range indication characteristics of thermocouple disconnection, and receives standard thermocouple signals for various temperature ranges. The module completes the signal conversion between the electrical input signal of thermocouple and the interface between redundant fieldbus. (3) Fbm03 (thermal resistance PT100, 0 ~ 320 Ω) receiving signal: 8 RTD input channels, each channel can receive two-wire and four wire RTD signals within the range of 0 ~ 320 Ω, or three wire RTD sensor input. In the same component, three wire RTDS cannot be mixed with two-wire or four wire RTDS. (4) Fbm04 (4 ~ 20mA input / output component) receives signal: this I / O interface has 4 channels of 0 ~ 20mA DC analog input and 4 channels of 0 ~ 20mA DC analog output. Each output channel can drive an external load and generate 0 ~ 20mA output signal. This component completes the signal conversion required for the interface between the electrical input / output signal of the field sensor / field actuator and the redundant fieldbus. (5) Fbm05 (redundant 4 ~ 20mA input / output component) has redundant 4 channels of 0 ~ 20mA DC analog input and 4 channels of 0 ~ 20mA DC analog output channels, which is composed of redundant fbm04 cards. (6) Fbm06 (pulse input and four 0 ~ 20mA output interface components) the pulse input and 0 ~ 20mA output interface components have four configurable pulse inputs and four 0 ~ 20mA DC analog output channels. Each input channel can receive pulse input with a maximum rate of 12.5khz. These input devices include vortex meters, turbine meters, solid-state or electromechanical contacts, and other sensors with similar pulse outputs. (7) 16 channel extension contacts (MFDC / M107) of fbdc module and 16 channel extension contacts (MFDC / mfbd) of fbdc module can be used as the input interface of fbdc module. The filtering time can be configured (4, 8, 16 or 32ms). (8) Fbm41, fbm42 high-power contact / DC input / output interface assembly fbm41 and contact / DC extended input / output interface assembly fbm42 have the ability to provide high current on their respective output channels, and are electrically isolated on the basis of each channel. 6. The input signal has 8 channels, and the filtering time (4, 8, 16 or 32ms) can be configured. The open circuit voltage of contact sensor is 24V DC (± 20%), the short-circuit current is 5mA (maximum), the internal resistance in on state is 1K Ω (maximum), and the internal resistance in off state is 100k Ω (minimum). The voltage monitor has an on state voltage of 15 ~ 60V DC, an off state voltage of 0 ~ 5V DC, and an on state current of 2 ~ 6mA.
