断开软管，或对系统进行任何修理或调整

循环系统：打开循环阀，关闭排水阀。
启动泵并启动喷淋装置，将其冲洗干净。

材料已冲出所有清洗液和空气。
8、启动喷淋装置，冲洗清洗液和空气。
9、停止泵，释放系统压力，安装喷淋装置
喷嘴。
10、启动泵并触发喷淋装置，以清除任何剩余空气
在系统中。当喷嘴停止喷出时，可以继续

WARNING: High-Pressure Fluid Injection Hazard: Always relieve system pressure before removing or installing spray device nozzles, disconnecting hoses, or making any repairs or adjustments to system components. To relieve system pressure, shut off the pump air supply and relieve the air pressure to the pump, then trigger the spray devices or open the drain valve. 1. Stop the pump and relieve the system fluid pressure. 2. Remove the spray device nozzles. 3. Set up a drain arrangement: Dead-end system: Disconnect the high-pressure hose (14) from the spray device (8). Place the hose in a grounded waste container (13). Circulating system: Place the drain rod (12) in a grounded waste container (13), close the circulation valve (10) and open the drain valve (11). 4. Supply cleaning solution to the pump, and run the pump until no traces of the old material can be seen in the cleaning solution. 5. Stop the pump. 6. Flush the spray guns: Dead-end system: Connect the high-pressure hose to the spray device. Circulating system: Open the circulation valve and close the drain valve. Start the pump and trigger the spray devices to flush them clean. 7. Supply new coating material to the pump, then run it until the new material has flushed out all of the cleaning solution and air. 8. Trigger the spray devices to flush out the cleaning solution and air. 9. Stop the pump, relieve the system pressure, and install the spray device nozzles. 10. Start the pump and trigger the spray devices to purge any remaining air in the system. When the nozzles stop spitting, you can resume production
